Just move there for student housing. It’s super easy walk, feels safe and they just renovated and looks great.

much better
The new management hired an onsite handyman which really change things around here. I needed a new garbage disposal in my sink and it was replaced immediately. It quiet and clean now that he lives here

Don’t do it.
Worst apartments ever. You have bad kids running around vandalizing the apartments. You have people stealing your packages. Trash is constantly being thrown everywhere. The washing area that’s supposed to have a lock is also open your clothes are never safe. You have crack heads running around. People are constantly fighting outside. It is not safe. Maintenance is never any help. If you have an emergency maintenance it will still take them 3 hours to get to you. You can be waiting for... maintenance for hours and they wait til dark then let you know they can’t come help you til morning. Apartment has poor communication.
