Several complaints:
1. Before we moved in the hot water heater flooded the closet and bedroom closet floor. Had to have them air out the floor for a few days before we could move our things into the closet.
2. We were without hot water for three weeks as they kept resetting the hot water heater, but it would turn off within hours. It took 3 weeks to replace the water heater. My daughter took cold showers for that time period.
3. We had an ant problem and reported it and after nothing was done... , I had to fix the problem myself even when we pay a pest control fee.
4. The complex advertises gated community however the gate is open 24 hours and there is no code. The back end of the property is open from the Target parking lot. False advertisement. This has been an issue as my daughter has reported several occasions of seeing dumpster divers on the property. Her friend was visiting and parked in the visitor section as policy states and had his car broken into.
5. We pay for covered parking and always park in designated spots. The one time she parked in front of her apartment, not in her spot for a few minutes while she loaded her car to leave out of town, knowing no one was using that spot at the moment, she almost gets towed. The towing company was willing to drop the car and waive the fee as she immediately was on site and had a parking sticker, however the apartment office staff was unwilling to help out and verify that she was legit.

A little common courtesy and kindness is not too much to ask for.

This complex does not care about the well-being and safety of its community, especially college students. Read More

Is a very nice place, nice scenery, pool is awesome. Apartments that was shown to us was very nice.. Ms. Lindsey did a fantastic job showing us around... I'd definitely love to live there

Both gates to the apartment complex have been broken since I moved in, and neighbors say this has been the case for much longer than that. As a result, sketchy people from lower nearby complexes drive in make a mess, and roam around at night, making a lot of noise ESPECIALLY at the pool. I'm often woken up at 3 AM on school and work nights!!! I have asked management multiple times why the gate hasn't been fixed, and they always have a new excuse. I would never recommend living here. This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Since the day I moved in, the AC was broken, the washer flooded our apartment, the oven almost caught on fire, there was cockroaches in our kitchen. Maintenance eventually fixed the issues but it doesn’t make up for the old appliances that are constantly falling apart. Would not recommend.

me and my roommate initially signed up for just a basic unit and signed the leasing contract for the basic unit but they apparently ran out of units so they upgraded us to the “platinum” unit 2 weeks before we were suppose to move which was suppose to be july 18. The unit wasn’t ready until july 20 and when we walked through we saw a lot of problems such as grout stuck to the floor it not properly done and as we continued to live here we experienced much more problems such as the AC breaking... atleast once a month are kitchen sink falling the fire sprinklers metal circle falling out of almost all of them the grout in the shower slowly leaving a massive stain and the constant battle with are neighbours over the lights that are controlled by a remote. Me and my roommate made multiple emails to management and they did nothing they did give us a gift card of $25 for the late move in date after they said we would get reimbursed $35 and nothing else. This was just are unit there are so many problems with the amenities such as the pool being green and dirty most of the week the gym not being completed for almost 3 months after move in and many more.
