Location is ideal! Place is HUGE and definitely seems like a maze but the idea for this student housing complex is great for the CSTAT area!

The management changes have made it very difficult to get in contact with someone, and you need to talk to an AI on the phone. He will NOT let you talk to a representative unless you give him some hyper specific reason that he cannot answer. Depressing atmosphere. Walls thinner than paper, so you can hear everything in neighboring apartments. The parking garage is dangerous to drive in because of the tight turns. The only benefit living here is living close to campus.

Management changed twice in the time I was here and their quality went downhill. They kept charging extra fees every month and in the end when moving out, they charged extra for cleaning and damages that didn't even exist. In addition, half the doors don't work or are broken; the hallways are bug infested; the garages are nightmare-level danger zones featuring tight spaces and hazardous turns that are a wonder it even passed city inspection.

This doesn’t deserve any stars to be honest.

Nasty hallways filled with bugs and old food.
Dangerous parking garages.
Management is horrific.
Kept my security deposit.
The list goes on and on. Save your money and go somewhere else!
