Poor management I moved 9/2019 to a dirty apartment was told the clean people will clean the unit they was a no show. The AC sucks. Roaches! When someone moves out they move into your unit. Everytime I have spoke to the Manager about a problem in my unit, you will need to call a few time concerning the same problem. She is NOT proactive. The rent over price for the service you get. But hey this is the place to come to give away your money and get you ready to buy your own house.

I moved into Stonebrook in 02/2020, my whole experience here has been nothing but I cluster of disaster. My A/C has broke 5 times within the last 5 months. When maintenance personnel arrives at your apartment he tries to convince that nothing is wrong with the A/C and blames your unit not cooling properly on living on the 2nd floor. I had my AC set at 70 degrees and the apartment wouldn't cool below 82. My AC completely broke 7/10/20 and today is 7/14/20 and my AC is still not fixed. Maintenance... personnel advised that there wasn't any portable AC units available so I had to go buy one that cost me 415$. Office staff also stated that there is nothing that they can do until the part arrives. I dare not say the temp outside has been triple digits everyday since the AC went out. I don’t know how recent these reviews are but if it says 4 stars, they’re having their staff write bogus reviews. Being at Stonebrook was an absolute nightmare. Inconsistent staffing, lack of communication, the management company is a bunch of thieves, bugs over run your apartment and no matter how many work orders you put in, they’ll be ignored. Take your money and go somewhere else. The gate never works, trash is all over the what could be nice grounds, valet trash never picks up trash,... apartments all smell disgusting, carpet doesn’t get replaced, so pray you move in to an apartment that isn’t animal infested. The staff sit around and don’t do jack. Don’t answer phone calls, you’ll find them gossiping about residents. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new apartment at Stonebrook. The staff has been amazingly helpful, they catered to my needs and wants even after I sign my lease. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. They answer all service calls within hours. ???? The Stonebrook complex is very quiete which I LOVE. Not too mention the interior is so modern and up to date! I can’t wait to finish decorating??!

I moved in with some co-workers and we love are stay! we from Louisiana, office always helps when needed. Love the View. And everything the apartment complex has to offer if you ask me i would say come stay here..
