So far, so amazing! I chose Alta because my co-worker mentioned how responsive and professional the staff is. In leasing, I feel like nothing is more important than having responsive management when things inevitably break.

Went from touring to signing lease the same day because it was all made so easy by profesional and available staff , very clean club house area, parking spots , side walks , pool area , well kept and maintained apartments with all necesites included along with repairs if they ever need maintenance with fast response repair team.

The staff have been very helpful and friendly since day one.
The grounds are always well maintained and pool is great way to relax after long day in the Texas heat.
