It is evident that the current management company is working hard to elevate an older but high-potential property. Though there were several severe issues when I first moved in to my apartment, the management and maintenance team worked diligently and rapidly to correct and alleviate the problems. A team that listens and responds is one I can work with, no matter the issue. Thank you for welcoming me into your community!

Vivo en Waterloo Flats muy contenta porque además de que está super bien ubicado muy cer a del HEB, la administración siempre responde a cualquier requerimiento y todos los empleados son muy amables.
Me sienti muy afortunada de haber encontrado Waterloo Flats, creo que viviré aquí por largo tiempo ;)

Love it so far. Would love to design the model apartment for future residents to view. It would make the place more welcome when you can show future residents how they can set up their homes.
