So far so good. I still haven't officially moved but it seems like they are putting effort to help me settle in to my new place.
When I will move in, I'll get a better experience on how everything is going.

Turnaround times for things are on the slow side, still hoping every year for the past 6 years living here to get some sort of dog park, excerise room is nice but needs more equipment and updates, mailperson is incredibly rude and leaves packages by mailboxes, staff is friendly but seasonal staff change is incredibly frustrating. TONS of wasps everywhere.

Great complex. Great location. Walking distance to the lake. The complex is very clean, friendly staff, close to downtown and very peaceful.
