Good place to live. Nice and respectful community. Only minor inconveniences from time to time. Beautiful pool atmosphere. One of my only complaints is the dog parks fake grass causes terrible odor. Also, bare minimum fixes on certain service requests.

We’ve been living at turtle rock for a while now and couldn’t be happier. The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. One of our favorite features is the dog park—it’s spacious and a great place for our pup to run and socialize. It really makes a difference to have pet-friendly amenities that are actually usable and enjoyable.

The clubhouse is another highlight. It’s modern, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or even hosting small gatherings. Management has also been... responsive and helpful any time we’ve had questions or minor maintenance requests.

I am very pleased with this community and their staff. Everyone is courteous and try very hard to accommodate needs. I enjoy the community events but miss the food trucks!

I have lived in plenty apartments complexes and this has been the best one so far, management is very attentive and responsive, constantly reinforcing the complex rules since some humans are stubborn and don’t understand there are rules for a reason. The amenities are well kept all year round. Very affordable prices that will definitely surprise you now days.
