The leasing team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new home!
The unit I selected initially had a different layout than expected and was noted on day of move in which caused a bit of angst. Tanya was quick to offer a transfer into a different unit that matched layout expectations as soon as one was ready as while I stayed in the originally selected unit.
In a funny turn of events, I loved the unexpected layout and decided to stay (no transfer needed) but I appreciated that... they were willing and cared enough to ensure I was comfortable.

So far very satisfied with my stay here. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I got the apt layout I really wanted and have enjoyed how wide and deep my tub is. Really enjoying the pool area and their community events that I've attended so far.

Moving to the Villages at Turtle Rock has been great. All of our neighbors have been really nice, the apartment itself is super spacious and maintenance was able to come out quickly to fix our light switch. 10/10!

It’s been a great experience. Jessica has been great! We moved from another town, and we were able to take care of most of our documents remotely. It was a very efficient and seamless process. The office staff has been very responsive throughout.
