The turtle rock community is great I love it here my neighbors are so nice. Every time I have a problem it gets solved in a timely manner. The inside of the apartment is very nice big and spacious. The events they have for the kids every month is always the best I love that the community cares about our little ones to come out and have a wonderful time. Last but not least the amenities pool, weight Room, dog park, dog spa are all so nice and amazing it’s beautiful and amazing.

Front office ladies are so nice. The community looks very welcoming and vibes look chill. Large sized gym, beautiful pool, not to mention the pet wash station! Excited to make this my new home.

My experience at Villages at Turtle Rock has been defined by a shocking lack of professional courtesy and a disregard for resident privacy. Management, in particular, the property manager, was hostile and dismissive when I expressed my frustration after my car was towed. I came out of my apartment to realize that my car wasn't there, and I thought it had been stolen. I had to call the police for them to tell me it was towed in the middle of the night. I was never warned or told by staff what... happened. Just woke up to what I thought was a theft. I forgot to update my plate info on the resident portal. Instead of offering empathy for a common issue—new residents with out-of-state plates getting new in state plates—they chose to argue and blame me, demonstrating a complete failure to take ownership of their role in the resident experience. One older female worker even scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when I was in the office discussing this.
This same pattern of disrespect extends to their maintenance staff, who have repeatedly entered my apartment without my consent despite my clear instructions on work orders. This is a serious breach of trust that forced me to check my home for missing belongings.
Overall, the management here operates with an unprofessional, "not my problem" attitude, failing to act proactively and with professionalism. Their behavior makes it clear they are not interested in the well-being of their residents.
Firstly, I recommend that management follows up with residents with out of state plates when they get new in state plates, and/or place a warning on vehicles instead of towing the vehicle in the middle of the night like thieves.
Secondly, I recommend that staff is retrained on professionalism and privacy with entering apartments. I also recommend the parent company revaluates the leadership staffs training when handling residents.

My team and I are customer service focused and work hard daily... to ensure we do what we can, so our residents enjoy their home and community. It is a resident responsibility to update their vehicle information, and we offer an easy online option that is available 24/7 to do so. Mistakes happen; we are all human. You did mention that you were going to write a negative review, and I was truly hoping that given some time to calm down and reassess the situation, you would reconsider. I stand on the fact that my team provides the best customer service that we can, and we approach situations with an attitude of \"how can I make this right.\" If given the opportunity, I would like to discuss this further and try to reach an understanding.
