I've lived in a number of apartment complex's prior to moving into Trailhead. I also work with some pretty big well known skyscrapers located downtown that are also part of the Greystar parent company. This location seems a bit too nosey and unnecessarily involved in their resident's lives/mistakes; more-so than their upscaled sister facilities. I've found little wiggle-room in mistakes made when things happen that could have been a 'teaching' moment, but appeared to put more emphasis on the... financial fee that needed to be paid as the priority for 'knit-picking' and/or policy enforcers. These type of actions motivate me to continue researching a better fit for me, and the kind of communication presented by different administrations that are more down to earth or relatable.

Amenities are awesome. The people that live here are very nice and the staff are super attentive. Infrared sauna is a huge plus. I recommend this place to anyone. Only downside is that there are some yappy dogs that live near us. One person’s big dog has lunged at me twice. Yikes, but otherwise pretty good.
