While a 60-day notice period is... fairly standard in Texas, we recognize how challenging it can be when personal circumstances require flexibility. Please know that we strive to practice fairness and consistency in all of our policies to ensure that every resident is treated equitably. We also continue to share resident feedback with our parent company as we review policies that impact our communities.
At this time, our policy remains that residents are asked to provide a 60-day notice and pay a termination fee to end the lease early. We understand this may not be ideal, and we appreciate your understanding as we work within these guidelines.
