Beautiful brand new building in a fantastic neighbourhood just beyond the fray of the crazy close enough to walk but far enough to have a nice sleep. Fantastic public spaces and amenities, how many buildings have a lap pool and a lounging pool along with a two floor gym… Very well designed.
