Es un condominio de muy mala calidad no resuelven las quejas desde que me mude aquí hace mas de 1 año hice reportes que no se han resuelto a la fecha

Overall, my experience has been positive, and I have no major complaints. I have lived at the Morgan for a total of four years. I did move away for a period of time and later returned. While my living experience itself has been good, there have been ongoing issues with maintenance and communication.
On one occasion, I waited an entire year for a work order to be completed. The request was repeatedly cleared from the system without the issue ever being fixed. I understand that there has been a... change in management; however, this pattern seems to continue regardless of which management company is in place. Each time, there appears to be a significant delay in addressing maintenance concerns.
That said, I cannot say my overall living experience has been bad. The neighborhood is peaceful, there is little to no drama, and I feel comfortable living here. I do believe, however, that maintenance and office staff need to improve communication with the residents. I really dislike this place. Nothing gets done. Every time i go to my mailbox, it’s always open with no mail.

Morgan Apartments in the area that I stay in is nice and well lit apartments are clean in my area. Office staffs are friendly. I enjoy living here..
