I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed.

Really loving it here. Maintenance is fast, staff is friendly and management keeps ontop of things. I do wish the dog park was a bit better and maintained with something other than the mulch out(hurts dogs paws), but overall a great experience.

Monterra is a beautiful and well-maintained community with a convenient location and many amenities that make everyday living comfortable. The apartments are generally spacious, and the community offers a pleasant environment for families and residents. The pool, fitness center, and common areas are nice additions, and the management team has been helpful and responsive on many occasions. I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed the community overall. However, recently, I have... noticed some changes in the neighborhood atmosphere and community environment compared with the past. It would be great to see more attention given to maintaining the peaceful, clean, and welcoming atmosphere that Monterra was known for. Overall, Monterra is still a good place to live, but continued focus on community standards and resident experience would make it even better.
