From start to finish the experience was nothing short of amazing. I was very impressed with the staff and how kind and professional they were. 2 big thumbs of for A.J & Hailey. Both were very attentive throughout the whole process and always provided an answer to every question we had.

I have had the best experience living at The Michael at Presidio. The leasing and office staff are so nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are quick to respond. There are always gatherings and things to do every month. I could go on, instead, come see for yourself.

I think the place is really nice, but neighbors do whatever they want with the community rules. I’ve seen a lot of people smoking here, not picking up dog poop, I report things and nobody does nothing. There is more order needed here.
