Great at community building, beautiful design, lots of amenities and great staff

The Mia is a once in a lifetime living experience I’ve ever experienced. This places is amazing and I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere in Austin. I was telling one of my coworkers because him and I are neighbors that if I could live here forever, I definitely would.

The Mia is everything I was looking for in an apartment – and more. From the moment I first toured the property, I was blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The amenities are by far the best I have seen in the Austin Area.

The grand pool feels like a luxury resort, and the gym is spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a pleasure to work out in and lets not forget to mention the eucalyptus complementary infused towels at the gym! I look forward to waking... up and walking myself down with my mug every morning to enjoy the best lattes from the complexes espresso machine while being greeted everyday by the amazing staff. The coffee beans are sourced from a local small business, again highlighting the communities attention to detail.

A huge part of why this experience has been so smooth and positive is thanks to Brook, the leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help me find the apartment that perfectly fits my lifestyle. ( Seriously I came to tour this place over three times because I could not find a a community that compares ). My only regret is that I did not sign sooner, putting an end to my apartment hunting stress. Her patience, care, and commitment made me feel truly supported throughout the process — it’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in making sure you find your dream home. Brook ensured that my needs were met... and then some !
