Seven is a great place to live. The spot downtown is nice b/c it’s close to the chaos but also nooked in a somewhat quieter spot. Nice downtown views (especially the capital floor plan). Sound proofing is good. Management tries to host little community events for the residents.

Seven is a great place to live. It is relatively soundproof considering it is downtown. The maintenance staff does a great job at keeping the lobby area clean. Yes, the elevators break often which I can tell annoy most residents but that is to be expected in a high rise building. They do make an effort to do events for the residents. I think it would be fun to try and do more interactive events where the residents can get to know each other. Maybe a game night or something? The movie night is... cool, I haven't been but I feel like it would be hard to talk and get to know people during the movie.

The location, price, place, amentities, and management are incredible. I'm a little over halfway done with my lease and I am more than likely renewing. A big part of the reason is solely because of Seven's front of house staff/management.
