I've lived at SEVEN for four months and have the best team making sure my new life here is everything I wanted it to be. Any maintenance issues are easily reported through my Resident Portal and they have always been responded to "same day." I love the quick response, the courteous associates that help fix the problem and they always leave the area clean when done. It makes living easier knowing there are people to that care about my experience here and help to make it better.

Seven is a great place to live. The spot downtown is nice b/c it’s close to the chaos but also nooked in a somewhat quieter spot. Nice downtown views (especially the capital floor plan). Sound proofing is good. Management tries to host little community events for the residents.
