So, I moved into this apartment complex in the middle of June and have had a great experience so far. That being said there are definitely some discrepancies that might not show up on that initial tour. First of all, there was a sense of strict security on that tour and truth be told the complex is very lax on many seemingly strict rules. That includes rules regarding dogs and hours for certain building amenities. In my opinion this is a good thing but for some it might be frustrating. Other... than that, Sabina has wonderful amenities and spacious room layouts for great prices. Also, some have complained about the noise,i.e. hearing neighbors above you but this is no more than any other apartment complex. Finally upon touring you will find the complex to be massive (which it is) but that does allow for the feeling of more privacy and also due to the many rooms they are still trying to fill with tenants, which allows for tenants to get offers like a crazy 6 weeks off to move in! Bottom line, this apartment is a great deal and really does have everything you would want: swimming pool, club room, 24 hour gym, 24 hour free print room, conference room, movie theater, outside patio area with tv's, dog friendly, outdoor fireplace, 5 outdoor grills, free garage parking and more. Sabina 2 bedroom apartments are spacious. They have great functional flow. Haven't had very many issues but when I've needed the help of the management they were always quick to respond. The elevator situation is not great. When i moved in, it seemed to be broken every other week. It has since gotten better but it is still slow and there's only one on each end of the building which makes it tough. Overall, the property is always maintained well.
