The maintenance staff are good guys, but management and security are atrocious. Management is incredibly rude and unwilling to hear out residents' concerns. If you live here, your car will likely be broken into at least once, so be prepared and be sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle. I have been living here for about 4 months and it has been nothing short of amazing. I’d like to note that signing here was a last minute decision for me, but was made SO easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. This community is quiet, clean, safe, and fun! This property is amazing. I went about searching multiple location from South Austin, Downtown and the Domain. 44 South had a great special and I was truly happy with the technology features and amenities found in this beautiful mid-rise community. The office team, Theresa and Tristian are super helpful and friendly!
