Worth Every Penny

Ever since moving into The Clark, I don't have enough good things to say! The staff is super friendly and responsive. Maintenance is super quick to resolve any maintenance requests you may have. They have also taken extra precautions during covid and making sure everything is super clean, which is truly appreciated. I truly feel like this is a community that cares for their residents. Also special shoutout to Ben and Alexia for going above and beyond to help answer all of my questions. Also Kay... the new Leasing Consultant is super cool, she has helped me with a few minor package concerns. Trust me if you want a community that actually cares for you, move to The Clark.

Wonderful Property + Management Team

I've lived downtown in various properties for the past 7 years, and by far The Clark's management team is the nicest, attentive, and professional that I've come across.

Bethany, Elise, and the team do an excellent job maintaining the property and planning incredibly creative and valuable events for the residents.

The property itself is also beautifully designed, furnished, and well kept.

My fiancé and I have loved our experience here since even before its grand opening. Great place to live!
