I’ve been living at Rhythm Apartments for a little while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience.

The biggest thing I like is the look and feel of the place. It’s modern, clean, and the amenities are actually nice to use not just there for show. The gym, pool, and common areas are well put together, and my unit has a good layout with updated appliances and plenty of natural light.

The location is also a big plus. It’s in a convenient area where I can get around pretty easily, whether... it’s work, errands, or just getting out of the house.

Staff has been decent and generally helpful when I’ve needed something, which goes a long way.

That said, it’s not perfect. There are moments where maintenance or smaller issues take a little longer than expected, and like most apartment complexes, your experience can depend on timing and specific situations.

Overall, I’d say Rhythm is a good place to live if you’re looking for something modern in North Austin.

It's a nice quiet community and the amenities are very nice. There is always plenty of parking and the dog park is awesome. There is a really cool dog wash available.
