The Pressler is the absolute best location. It is within walking vicinity to many delicious restaurants and easy accessible to the walking trail and Mopac. The resort style pool is amazing and it has a great gym. Our apartment is great as well, large living room space and kitchen. Wish there was a little more storage room & updated light fixtures in the bedroom / bathroom. Face the side of the train but can’t even hear it from the bedroom. Overall great experience!

Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. Noisy if you live facing the street and train but onlly when you open the balcony. Otherwide it's fine. I am on the 5th level so think it's ok. The space is huge almost 1000sq ft for a 1bd!

Good complex. Gym could be bigger the office center and work space are never used. Used that to expand the gym and would be great downtown place to live.

It’s away from everything so quiet but still walkable to everything

Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to say that we are planning on extending the fitness center as you suggested! We are hoping to have this project done in the next 90 days! We did have some feedback to keep an office area at the community, so it... will only expand into the office center nearby, and we will be converting the workspace into more of a conference room/office. We hope you love it when it's done!

The building and appliances are dated and things seem to be breaking quite regularly around here but I like the location and the maintenance team, so overall it’s still ok for the price.
