The main issue I am having right now is with this white exterior door that is banging against my bedroom door. This has become really frustrating to live with, not only is it causing me headaches, but waking me up in the middle of the night. I had maintenance fix the broken pieces that were left there, but I am now thinking it needs a soft-close feature or to be replaced completely. I should not have to request maintenance or say something about this every other week for it to be fixed.

I think the location is great. I think the amount of random sketchy people having crazy parties and getting wild on Sunday nights or normal days is a bit much. I don’t like the pool partiers as much as I might understand, leaving their excess trash at my door. I don’t use the garbage caddy I walk my trash to the can like a normal person. I don’t like walking out to go to work with the weekends party garbage at my door. Maybe they think I don’t live here too? I dunno, my spot is in the heat of it... but I don’t condone leaving your trash around. I doubt it’s residents but who can tell when every person might have 10-15 roudy people in their party. Who knows who is leaving it? Or destroying the security gates.

From the start this place was good. Reading reviews and all. I finally came to visit the spot. Met Jennifer and she gave me the tour. I was looking for the city view or pool view. Got the pool view. Love the surroundings and foodie spots. Place is awesome. Thanks you Platform ??
