The team at Perch is awesome, everyone who works in the office is super nice as well as the maintenance staff. Even though I have had a few issues since moving in, I was out of hot water for a few days during the winter. The WiFi has gone in and out and this area has no service without it. The team communicates with you and I can’t say that for a lot of my past experiences.

This is one of those rare communities where the staff actually care about their jobs and tenants. Aside from being friendly and professional, they are very efficient and reliable. You really rarely need maintenance but when you do they're quick to respond, always professional and friendly and always get the job done.
We can't honestly find anything to complain about. It's an apartment complex, so of course you're going to run into "apartment complex" issues, but nothing extreme, and this place... feels safe, especially with the security patrols at night.
Thanks to the staff for keeping this place running smoothly! We really like living here and have no plans to move any time soon.

Do not move here unless you want to tip toe around your apartment.
Minimal noise and my downstairs neighbor would bang on her cieling (my floor). Happened more than 3 times and was never resolved.
Never got an actual noise complaint from noise, just from walking around my apartment.
