I haven't had any major issues since moving in a little over a week ago. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. So far, I give it 4 stars because of no valet trash/recycle, and very little grassy areas for my pups. There's plenty of what would usually be "green space" but instead it's just dirt and rocks, not ideal for dogs.

Love it here. Its quite and clean. Its gated and secure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintance responses are quick. Has an H-E-B on both sides of the complex in close proximity to Target, Home Depot, tons of little shops and food places.

Great community, very helpful and friendly staff.
Maintenance is very efficient and quick, and people at the front desk are always here to help.

I have been living here for 3 yrs. I can honestly say that I love my community, the office staff could not be more amazing than they already are! Even the maintenance crew are amazing!
