Even thought I just moved in yesterday but the staff in the office are very wonderful and caring lady’s!!! They are very very sweet and I’m excited to stick around

Love the units. Just wish the classic units could be updated just a little more. My bathroom sink has 2 Cold knobs. My washer was filthy. My refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave handles are very yellow. But again I love the property. Love the unit. It’s very spacious and nice.

I’ve been here for a year 1/2 and my last review was nothing but compliments. I loved living here, it was peaceful, I had no complaints. Now here I am, with new neighbors all around and my peaceful experience is declining. The old neighbors and I used to respect each other. Even though the parking is free I never had to fight for a spot to be parked close to my house. Now I have neighbors with cars who take up all the spots and some of the cars never move no matter the time of day. I now have a... neighbor above with huge dogs and or kids that run and stomp over my bedroom early in the morning and sometimes late at night. Sometimes the dogs bark nonstop, one time they barked for at least 1 hour straight at 7AM. Sad to say, but I will be moving when my lease is over. I drive for a living and I need my sleep, all that noise waking me up is putting myself and others on the road in danger. Maintenance is still wonderful and the staff are still nice though. I liked it! Everything is good, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The community is great and there are many facilities near the complex.

I haven't had any major issues since moving in a little over a week ago. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. So far, I give it 4 stars because of no valet trash/recycle, and very little grassy areas for my pups. There's plenty of what would usually be "green space" but instead it's just dirt and rocks, not ideal for dogs.
