The first couple of weeks have been great. Really close to my job and alot of other things. Shopping and eateries are really good. Management was/is nice and handles everything with a smile. Glad I chose this property.

I've been a resident at Nolina Flats for going on seven years. I've chosen to stay here because I love the property itself and all the surrounding trees and wildlife. I also very much appreciate the wonderful amenities that they are consistently maintaining and/or improving. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My apartment has always felt like Home Sweet Home to me and my son and I really couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Nolina Flats Residents For 2 1/2 years now 5/5 stars-l and will be until I have to leave the Austin area. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Nolina are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live, convenient public transport stops and how easily accessible. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this... community offers. Would (and have) recommended Nolina Flats particular to many friends moving to the area. Is affordable beautiful and clean and dnt forget the great staff that come with!!
