Been loving the staff, neighbors, and amenities! The events are so creative also, never had that at other apartments I've lived in. My appliances are a little outdated like my dishwasher and sink but that's the only thing I can see as a con which is such a nice thing to say for once. Thanks for caring about the complex!!

Mesa Verde is the best! The property is gorgeous, surrounded by nature. My apt. Is so nice and roomy. The staff is absolutely wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say a negative thing about this place I call home!

As a resident for 29 years Mesa Verde Maintenance Team / Staff (as well as Office Team / Staff) has been Super Fantastic in my eyes. This goes back to when I was primary care-giver to my Mom; moved into Mesa Verde for strategic reasons and both Maintenance and Office Staff checking-in on "Her" during the day...

good, maintenance is great, amenities is also good. EV charging is missing if they have that then it will be amazing. The staff is also helpful but annoying and rude sometimes. overall 4/5 as basic needs and amenity needs are met. Location is amazing.
