Llevó 3 años en esta comunidad, hubo cambios administrativos ( manager) desde que entró Aarón el cambio fue radical y excelente. Espero que prosiga así cuando ocurra otro cambio administrativo.

Horrible property
- roaches - hidden fees that they are currently being sued for - you will not get your deposit back even if they tell you at check out - poor management that changes every 3 months - trash everywhere

Regarding your final account statement, I would be happy to review the charges with you in... detail. This includes the replacement of broken blinds, the removal of personal items left behind, and the overall condition of the apartment upon move-out. I can also provide photos for your records.
Since I became the Community Manager at Hillside on Cannon in February 2024, I’ve reviewed all work orders submitted for your apartment, whether by you, your household members, or our office. Based on our records, all reported issues—including the single pest control request submitted during your tenancy—were addressed and completed. If there were any concerns that were not brought to our attention, please know that we would have been more than happy to resolve them.
