Issues are addressed halfway and only in a reactionary way, rather than in managing the asset in a proactive way, ie. actual maintainence. Can not recommend to others as the level of maintenance throughout a resident’s time is likely to be subpar and inconsistent.

I’ve been living here for a year and an half, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes coming home a pleasure every day. What really sets this place apart is the maintenance and front desk staff—they’re prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the building in excellent condition. I highly recommend this community to anyone... looking for a comfortable, well-cared-for home with the nicest residents..

Moved into Haus 5350 last month and I am enjoying it so far. Great location with quick access to downtown and the Allandale neighborhood is vibrant and pretty walkable (#1 priority for me). Sarabeth was my leasing agent and Rick was the first friendly face to greet me on move-in day. Both are very welcoming and always smile and wave when I pass by the office—same for Vernon, the head of maintenance. I like the layout of my unit and how peaceful and secure the building feels, especially at night... (#2 priority!). Definitely the right home choice for me.
