If you want to live in the Domain, this is the building you want to be in. Great staff, great amenities, and within walking distance of Q2 stadium. The Domain area itself is not for everyone, but it has almost everything you could want within walking distance. Also, the proximity to the F45 gym from the Flatiron is massively convenient. The hallways and the pool can get pretty noisy at times (primarily because people can just be incredibly inconsiderate), but that is a moderately small price... to pay to be in such a great property.

The Flatiron is one of the most beautiful communities around North Austin. This is my second time living in here and I can say the management and staff of this place is unbeatable as well as the apartment units itself.

Very nice community to live in. I would rate it 4.5.
Everything is kept clean. Just wish the walls and ceilings were more sound proof. The community as a whole is quiet. Weekly happy hours gives one the chance to meet your neighbors. Just wish they would add wine and beer.

Flatiron Domain is one of the best buildings in the area for the price. We recently moved here and have been very happy with our choice. The interior of the building is beautiful, and the courtyard is especially well-designed and relaxing. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very walkable, with plenty of stores and grocery options nearby. There are also many yoga, fitness, and dance studios around, which makes it easy to maintain an active and balanced lifestyle. Overall, it’s a great place to... live with excellent value for the location.
