We have lived at Flatiron for 3 years now. The staff is friendly, the maintenance team fixes issues in a timely manner, we love the amenities, the design of the apartment we are in, and I appreciate how many more social events they schedule which is something the tenants all wanted. My only complaint are the occasional noisy neighbors who do not respect quiet hours after 10pm. Either they are still hanging out by the pool which they are not allowed to do or they are on their porch drinking and... creating a raucous. I have had to call security a few times, but they typically address the issue.

My time living at Flatiron hasn’t been very long, but I loved this place from the first impression. The building management is great, the facilities are clean, and there are many amenities to enjoy. One of the coolest features is the pool table. The unit is clean and well-maintained so far, so good.

Love Living at Flatiron
I love living at Flatiron! It’s right at the south end of The Domain, so there are tons of places to eat and shop nearby. The resident happy hour is one of my favorite things—it’s such a fun way to meet neighbors and network. The staff and maintenance team are always super friendly and quick to help out. Couldn’t ask for a better community!
