I’ve been here across town for about two weeks now, and I can say that I am very satisfied with my move. Every interaction that I have had with every staff member from the leasing office to the maintenance there has been great. I have been greeted and I already feel like I’m at home.

Homeless Issues
It’s a beautiful and new property, but there is a homeless issue. I would feel safer living at the apartment complex if all the doors closed properly. Cops are here at least once a week trying to get rid of homeless people in the pool or inside the apartment complex. No one living in the apartment complex that is a female renews their lease because it isn’t safe. It’s close to the ER Hospital and Firestation, you’re going to hear sirens all day and all night.
