Honestly, since Greystar took over, the apartment complex hasn’t been the same. The front office staff are often not very helpful and sometimes seem to lack professionalism. Many new rules and changes were implemented after the transition that, in my opinion, have not benefited the community.

It also seems like many long-term residents are choosing to leave due to management concerns, while new residents are primarily being attracted by the incentives being offered. It does make me wonder if... people would still choose to move here if those incentives were not available. Read More

It has now been almost a month since we first moved in and so far, it has gone better than expected. To be honest, we didn't really know what to expect since it is so far away from the city, but i think that that's one of the main things that we are loving from Citizen House Blue Bluff. We still have all of our necessities a hop and a skip away in our neighborhood little town of Manor which happens to be less than a 10 minute drive. My experience has been good overall. There have been some concerns during my time living here, but the staff has been prompt and friendly in addressing my concerns. The community is overall nice and well kept, except for pet waste and sometimes trash (but that falls on the residents). The amenities and units are a good layout and good design.

I have truly loved living at these apartments, and overall it has been a great experience for my family and me. From the beginning, the community has felt welcoming, quiet, and well cared for. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes a big difference in feeling comfortable and at home.

The apartments themselves are new. We haven’t had any issues at all since moving in. I’ve only needed to submit one work order, and it was completed the same day I moved in, which really impressed... me and set the tone for how responsive and helpful the staff is. The staff here is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
The amenities are beautiful, the property is clean and well kept, and you can tell the team puts effort into maintaining the common areas. Recently, they added picnic tables and more BBQ grills, which my family really appreciates.

When we first toured, I came with my son, and the staff gave him bubble wands to keep him busy while we looked around. That small gesture meant a lot to me as a parent and really showed how thoughtful they are.


Overall, it’s been a great place to live. My lease is coming up for renewal, and I’m hopeful they’ll offer something that helps us stay another year, because we truly enjoy living here and would love to continue calling this place home. Read More
