Our experience so far here has been amazing. We enjoy our amenities and our townhouse and would 10/10 recommend anyone to live here. It has been a blessing that we get to live at such a great property!

Need better communication maintenance need to have their own line instead of leasing stay answering calls for emergency maintenance request after 15 months of living here still unorganized

The leasing staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. These days customer service seems to be lacking but not at Alta. Gracyn and Madelyn were so pleasant to deal with. Responses to email questions were quickly returned and the facilities are clean and inviting. The tail gating party was super special, seeing your neighbors and the food service by Robin was tasty and complete. We love our apartment, so modern and beautiful.

It appears that you were provided with the pro-rated amount for October on several occasions. Since we are unable to adjust the settings in the resident portal, if you’re unable to bring in a cashier’s check for the pro-rated amount,... you’ll need to submit the full payment through the portal. Any overpayment will be refunded along with your deposit.

I had a great experience living there from maintenance to staff! They are always willing to help and get things done in a promptly manner. Staff is always direct, helpful, and has great communication with residents. If I didn’t have to be closer to work, I would’ve stayed in these apartments as I had the best experience with them! Amenities are great! Being a first time resident in Austin, expectations are set high to beat their level of customer service!

It is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities. I have very much enjoyed my time since moving here and would definitely recommend it for anyone considering it.
