Great townhomes and even better staff
I’ve had the pleasure of living here since Q3 of 2024 and the current team has made living here amazing. I appreciate the work they do to address potential problems proactively. They communicate safety our maintenance initiatives ahead of time so that you can plan ahead. They are pleasant to converse with and honestly make you feel like they genuinely want to assist. The maintenance team is amazing and very friendly as well. I’m really proud to say that I live here and am really happy with the... team that we currently have taking care of the property. Telling all my friends to make the move to Alta Wildhorse Ranch!

The leasing staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. These days customer service seems to be lacking but not at Alta. Gracyn and Madelyn were so pleasant to deal with. Responses to email questions were quickly returned and the facilities are clean and inviting. The tail gating party was super special, seeing your neighbors and the food service by Robin was tasty and complete. We love our apartment, so modern and beautiful.

Since we are unable to adjust the settings in the resident portal, if you’re unable to bring in a cashier’s check for the pro-rated amount,... you’ll need to submit the full payment through the portal. Any overpayment will be refunded along with your deposit. Thank you for being so understanding.
