Excellent place to live! Staff is very friendly. Perfect location! Every day I wake up smiling, knowing that I enjoy where I live. Residents and neighbors are also super nice. Hard for the pool to heat up.

Love the location and property. Its amenities are solid and it’s very walkable. I wanted to be close to downtown and it’s perfectly nestled close to the lake trails.

I have lived at 5th Street for almost 2 years now and have loved living here. The location is very conveniently located to downtown and the walking trail. The community is very quiet, which is a positive. Maintenance and management have been responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up. I would be aware that there is a train that goes past fairly often, but the building does a good job of blocking the noise. The gym is on the smaller side but has all of the essentials. Coming up on second and likely last year here. What has kept me mainly is the convenience of this area. Downtown & trail is a 10-15 minute walk and being adjacent to mopac but barely north of the river makes it easy to be anywhere(especially west). The management keeps up but isn't especially great. High fees on services that aren't really relevant like trash pickup(no one uses) is a headscratcher. Would be nice if leasing office ever had their lights on as well for key replacements, etc. But... overall best value for location by far. If you want to be within 5 minutes of downtown for under 1.5-2k a room this is it besides the occasional Clarksville bungalow.
