Can’t beat the location. Staff has been wonderful and I love being about to walk straight outside and be on the trails. Apartment is pretty quiet aside from normal apartment living and the occasional loud car. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Communal spaces not very clean but love my unit and the location. Perfect walk to downtown and South Congress. The parking situation is also seamless.

It’s been a fun experience overall living here. The location is right as is the rent. As with all properties some improvements are needed but management has been addressing them as best they can.

I totally recommend this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The community is very friendly. The location is great you’re right on the river basically and the park trial is connected to the complex.
