Great experience touring Mission Eagle Apartments!
I recently tour Mission Eagle Apartments and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greated by the leasing agent, Parker. Parker was very polite, professional, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all my questions. During the tour Parker was very knowledgeable about the apartment, the community, and the area. When we returned I met the property manager, Lori. Lori too, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service was top tier. Great experience touring Mission... Eagle!

outdated appliances - misleading leasing reps
Leasing an apartment here was way harder than it needed to be, and I was interested in their renovated apartments which are shown online with their virtual tours. So I toured a apt that was renovated, but I was told there was one that was also renovated which had white appliances instead of black, to my surprise upon entering the kitchen was extremely outdated and did not feature the flat counter top and had landlords special all over it. Washer and dryer take hours to effectively work and the... toilet makes very loud flushing sounds. The garbage areas are always a mess with trash flewn everywhere and the gate has never worked and probably will never be fixed. My application process for this apartment also took forever! I had to call them on multiple occasions because the manager needed to approve my application and everyone in the office was out of town. The actually renovated apartments might not be too bad, be aware that most of the apartments get close to zero sun with the layout of the buildings.

At Mission Eagle, we offer different renovation upgrade packages. Our homes can vary in finishes and appliance styles, and we... apologize for any confusion regarding specific features. If you have any issues in your home, we encourage residents to submit maintenance requests through your resident portal mobile app so our team can address them promptly. Trash areas and the gate are regularly serviced, and we continue working with our vendors to maintain the community.

No Rule Enforcement
The lunatics are running the asylum. Nobody obeys rules about parking, so you may have to park 2 building over from your apartment. They have "Valet Trash" which means that people put their trash out in bags near their door, so there is trash out all the time, and dog poop all over the park area because they never fine rulebreakers

The manager Melissa... (Verified Renter)
The manager Melissa is very DISRESPECTFUL to us all the time. We also received emails accusing us FALSLY that our neighbors complained about our loud noises at 3:30 am and we're NEVER awake at that time, so their accusing us of something so awful that we never did!! We always find bugs everywhere, the stairs are dirty and they never get cleaned, when we first moved we complained about finding bugs in bed and the office recommended that we move out instead of them fixing the problem!!! Kimberly... is amazing and polite but the rest are not!
