Cortland recently added smart vending machines. It's been a blessing to have them especially after my work shift where I want a specific hydration drink, Joyburst. I have always loved this apartment complex they just keep adding more good stuff, making sure I won't move out lol!

The building security is a concern, as the doors to the parking garage are broken and the parking garage gates are in disrepair. There are also individuals, including children, seen wandering in the hallways.
The weight room requires an additional set of dumbbells and updated equipment.
The pool is not clean, with the water appearing dirty, and the outdoor grill is consistently in an unclean condition.

Staff is so friendly! Love them! Also maintenance is quick!!! The office actually returns missed calls. And everything is kept pretty clean. 2 months in and loving it so far!

Cortland at Allen Station, Allen Tx is a peaceful, island community, much like a resort with its on pools, fitness center, party/reception areas, copy center, and meeting /conference areas. Cortland is also within the mist of a bustling, thriving mix of varied enclaves of shopping, eateries, event and fitness centers, along with walking trails.
