Excellent, well-maintained, clean complex. Covered, secured parking a huge plus here in Texas. The amenities are amazing and the rent is budget-friendly. Near the Lowery Freshman Center, Allen High School, and numerous shops and restaurants.

The staff of the property always do the best job, Kassie/she’s might be the assistant manager , Kimberly and Nathan. I just wanna say the pools , gyms and the yoga, the instructor she’s so sweet , those are most definitely worth. I like the smells around the hall and the activities they do for the residents , like Mother’s Day are amazing. Thank you so much for making everyone happy.
