A good complex with a great location! • The management and maintenance are pleasant and very responsive to requests. • The move-in process was easy and efficient • The grounds including the pool, gym, and common areas are very well kept and there is plenty of parking • Not too happy with the thickness of the floors and ceilings. • It has been a great place to live and an overall nice experience so far.

Love my new place
Cortland is a wonderful place to live. Staff is very friendly, and neighbors all seem very nice. The amenities (two large pools, 2 level fitness area, and awesome clubhouse) are amazing. I would highly recommend living here.
