I've lived in this apartment for 13 months now, and the experience was amazing!
It's my first time living in an apartment where the property management (PM) team is very involved. They consistently sent out emails reminding tenants of the rules when some tenants broke them. I don't mind the reminders as they improve the quality of living.
This is a specific example, I know they cared. During windy days, the branch of a tree closest to my window scratches. It's a loud screeching sound. I... brought it up to the PM team. After a couple of days, they hired a team to hedge the tree!!!!
Enough said! I highly recommend this property just for the team alone!
