We have been with Cortland since 2015 and have always been highly satisfied with the service from the front office team and the service team. The grounds always look nice, and we feel like we are a small community. We highly recommend Cortland as a place to call home.

I have an excellent experience living here and recommend to anyone. Maintenance team have an excellent performance fixing work orders the very next day are in a timely manner. The staff are always knowledgeable, patience, and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone.
