Regarding appliances, all units are equipped with standard, fully functional appliances at the time of... move-in. While appliances may vary in age, they are maintained to ensure proper working condition.
If a resident experiences any issues with an appliance, we encourage them to submit a work order so our service team can evaluate and address the concern promptly. Our team is always happy to assist with repairs when needed.
