I had some troubles with the move in process. It was odd to me that I wasn’t able to tour apartments similar to mine prior to move in, the process was rushed, and I overall felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Knox! They truly care about their residents and have always been so quick and proactive to resolve any issue I’ve had. I would recommend to anyone looking to live closer to the downtown area!!

Everything has been great, and the staff has been responsive. Noise levels are good and neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I only wish more guests were allowed so I could really make use of the shared amenities.

Everything had been great, I just wish I could meet more of my neighbors. Also there is a bike/scooter that is taking up a spot and trying to reserve a spot without actually paying for a reserved spot.
