The office and maintenance staff go above & beyond to be friendly, courteous, and helpful in answering questions or resolving any concerns we have had. The entire complex is well maintained. I would recommend living here, very nice.

The staff are professional and has always been helpful when I needed assistance. The residents who live here are friendly and it’s peaceful here as well. I’m very pleased and satisfy to say the Vintage at Blackmon is where I chose to live.

The buildings, interior and exterior are beautiful. Living here has been an even better experience due to the assistance of KeShawn & Shonda. The amenities are examples of those you could pull straight out of a 5-Star resort. Maintenance issues are always handled promptly and courteously buy Greg & Matt who are attentive and competent every time an issue arises. Thanks guys!! Keep up the excellent work!

Vintage Blackman is a beautiful community! The customer service from the maintenance team is second to none. The warm smile, and patience from the previous property manager is greatly missed, but I am always glad to know when I call the front office, Keshun or the new leasing agent Shonda is very polite, professional, committed to ensuring my questions and concerns are addressed, and they do it with a smile.

I have lived in this community for almost a full year and heavily relied on renter reviews when I was searching for an apartments... leading me to want to write a good review about Vintage Blackman. I toured before applying and from the moment I walked in the door, I have been impressed with the teams professionalism. Anytime I have had an issue or question they have been quick to help in whatever way they could.
As for the maintenance team, they are quick, thorough and very kind each time they... come through. I would also say this is a family friendly neighborhood... often at 3pm there are handfuls of kiddos walking back through the community from the bus and some even rollerblading around with friends.
I could not be more complementary of VB and highly suggest the community to those searching!
