I love living here the amenities are amazing very luxury you pay a good price for what they deliver and or offer I definitely recommend living here

I‘ve been residing at Vintage 1857 nearly a year and in the beginning it was great. Now, grievances and complaints continue to go unanswered despite multiple reports and video evidence being submitted. There has been little to no acknowledgment of the issues raised, and office management has been unhelpful in addressing residents' concerns.
Ongoing problems include loud music in common areas, smoking hookah around the pool, residents failing to clean up after their pets, unleashed dogs, and... generally disruptive behavior from some neighbors. There are also concerns about the enforcement of community rules and standards in shared spaces.

The complex has been slowly improving over the past couple of months, but still has a few significant issues. There is no enforcement of parking violations outside of the paid reserved spots, which means that nearly all parking spots near the building are taken by visitors. In addition, there is no longer a ban on personal speakers at the pool, resulting in significant noise issues for residents of buildings 1 and 2 as people play loud music that is amplified by the shape of the building. It’s been my first two weeks here and things have been great! There are a couple things with the gym that could be improved but other than that no complaints!

This complex offers a very pleasant, quiet, and well-maintained residential environment. The common areas are well cared for, and the location is quite convenient. Management is usually attentive when support is needed. Overall, it provides a comfortable and elegant living experience.
