Nice building. High ceilings. Nice furnishings. Good amenities. Decent location. Quiet, but expensive. $78 credit card fee is insane. Why?!

Only complaints that I have are that sometimes I can hear my neighbors stomping around or dogs, barking or loud music/conversations and the gym is missing some basic gym equipment like a leg press and a a lat pulldown machine. I really like that my last apartment had a residence only WhatsApp group chat.

It was overall just an OK experience. Nothing amazing but nothing horrible. The leasing office could be a lot more helpful and friendly. Residents are mostly quiet and the neighborhood is amazing

It has been a great place to live the apartment is nice and I have not have any issues. The location is awesome, close to many things within walking distance

Move in was easy. Apartment looks great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All units work and apartment seems like it’s never been lived in which is a plus. Only problem is that my roommates latch app only works on the front door.
