Everything's great but the communication with management. It takes multiple attempts to even hope for a response from the team. Otherwise you need to go in person and that still doesnt resolve it all the time.

Very friendly staff and beautiful apartments. I’m so glad to be living here! My move-in process went very smoothly and I felt very welcomed by everyone here.

Overall I love the Hume. The office is very nice but there were a few issues that lead to my 3 star review but I do love the apartment and community events.

Responsive, clean, and friendly. The apartment complex seems to be on top of it when it comes to fixing issues. The only difficult thing about this apartment complex is the package system.
