Overall I love the Hume. The office is very nice but there were a few issues that lead to my 3 star review but I do love the apartment and community events.

Responsive, clean, and friendly. The apartment complex seems to be on top of it when it comes to fixing issues. The only difficult thing about this apartment complex is the package system.

Nice building. High ceilings. Nice furnishings. Good amenities. Decent location. Quiet, but expensive. $78 credit card fee is insane. Why?!

Only complaints that I have are that sometimes I can hear my neighbors stomping around or dogs, barking or loud music/conversations and the gym is missing some basic gym equipment like a leg press and a a lat pulldown machine. I really like that my last apartment had a residence only WhatsApp group chat.

It was overall just an OK experience. Nothing amazing but nothing horrible. The leasing office could be a lot more helpful and friendly. Residents are mostly quiet and the neighborhood is amazing
