The staff provides great communication, the location is idea for downtown living. The building has wonderful amenties. The only complaint is loud train that runs nightly around 11 pm, 6:30 am, and couples tikes throughout the day. Fortunately, the loud noise last less than 10 seconds.

Just moved in and this complex has been great so far! It feels very safe and secure which was my biggest priority when looking for housing. The amenities are very nice. Location is convenient for anything downtown with cute parks/shops close by. The complex is right by train tracks which are loud, but I only hear once or twice a day. Would recommend!

Beautiful apartments!
The Oliver is an amazing place to live. Jessie, the property manager, is outstanding and always makes sure residents are taken care of. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. The community events are fun and thoughtful, and the customer service is excellent. I’m so glad to call this home.
