Amazing. This apartment has the best amenities and community. I love living here! I have been here for three years and will continue to renew my lease. The maintenance is also super quick and responsive!

I’ve been a residence of this complex for several years and to be completely honest the modernization and location is the only reason I’m still a resident. For this to be one of the highest priced rental units in the city The amenities and features offered should be properly serviced and maintained so that they are always working. I understand this is a big complex and things go wrong but when they go wrong here it’s months at a time before they are fixed, if they are ever fixed. For instance... currently at this moment Neither of the two BBQ grills that are available are not working and it has been this way since 2025 meaning neither has worked NONE THIS YEAR. Also currently the security gates that is advertised at a park of the secure parking isn’t working and hasn’t worked in at least 3months. As a resident these are just things I feel should be taken care of within a proper time from and they just aren’t. 2 plus months to resolve any of these issues is a little insane to me and it’s very unpleasing to deal with.

We understand how frustrating it can be when amenity or maintenance concerns... impact your experience, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. While occasional equipment or access issues can arise within a large community, we agree that communication and resolution timelines are important.
Regarding the BBQ grills specifically, new safety timers were recently installed and must now be activated prior to lighting the grills. Additional instructional signage has since been added at the grill area to help clarify the updated process, as the grills will not operate unless the timer is first turned on.
We also continue working closely with our vendors and service partners regarding the garage gate to ensure issues are addressed as quickly and effectively as possible.
In the future, if there are ever questions, concerns, or community items you believe we may not yet be aware of, we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to assist directly. Residents are always welcome to contact our office by phone, email, or stop by during business hours, and our team is happy to help however we can.

Great view. Cool pool experience. I wish upstairs tv could be casted on from computers! its a lavish apartment, beautiful entrance. Individual units could have more soundpreoofing carpet to avoid noise of walking on the floor

Living here isn’t just about the views or the amenities - it’s about the energy of a place that feels right the moment you walk in... but THE VIEWS though!!!!!!!! The building is stunning (rooftop pool, coworking lounge, a fitness center you actually want to use), but the real magic is in the people.
Keldra and Ashley are the difference makers. They don’t just hand you keys - they make the whole process easy, personal, and actually enjoyable. They are two people that you want to do business AND... be friends with!! You can tell right away they care about the people as much as the property, and that really matters.
If you want luxury, location, and a team that makes you look forward to coming home - The Landing is it.

Still a few items that need to be fixed, pretty good experience otherwise.
The fridge has a dent in the front, blinds not installed correctly, general cleaning incomplete.
Staff is nice and responsive.
