I am still experiencing a roach problem in my apartment even after multiple treatments. I emailed management yesterday and again today but have not received a response, even though staff are present in the office. Residents should not have to repeatedly contact management about an ongoing pest problem just to be acknowledged. This situation is affecting my health, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency.

Love living here! It has been an awesome experience! It has everything you need in the building and right outside your door! It is a safe, comfortable, fun place to be!

Pembroke is a fantastic place to call home. I’ve been a resident since April and I’m still in love. Today will be my first “wine down Wednesday ” and I’m so excited to experience it and meet new neighbors

From the moment I first called. My questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed. Rebecca took very good care of me making my experience great. I immediately filled out the application and the response time was very impressive. I was able to move in the next week. My apartment was clean and ready for me. I was given gifts and a tour. Im so happy to be apart of this community.

It has been a great experience. The staff is super helpful and patient. During my move-in, my parking badge did not work, and they have been working on it every day. They gave me access to another parking space while we work to solve the issue. The gym is great; you can get a full workout in. The social events are amazing; we recently had free ice cream super delicious (shout out to Margie's 901).
