The environment is safe and there are always activities for residents. However, I do wish the garage was cleaner especially since we are paying to park in the garage. The garage walls are extremely dirty and the garbage overflows and is often left unattended for days.

I’ve been living here since April 2025, and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is excellent, convenient to everything I need. The neighborhood is quiet. The amenities are solid and well maintained, and overall environment feels comfortable and safe.

Appreciate the sincerity but could do better. The rooms are 'industry' style and have pipes on the celling. Need to improve their pre-move in inspections but nice staff!

Yes, we love our Industrial chic apartments, as we like to call them! :) For anyone that may not want that industrial feel, with exposed brick and piping, we... do offer a second phase that has more of a modern feel with no industrial pipes! We will work to improve our pre move in process, thank you for sharing your feedback with us!!

So far so good! Just moved in on Monday and it's already been a great experience! I was able to serve our community today DJ'ing at the annual pool party! A time was had!
