I’ve had a really good experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which I really appreciate.

Jessie has been extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything much easier for me, especially since I just moved here.

I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Some suggestions I have are

- a trashcan/pet waste can near the entrance of building B.
- stairwell in building b to be cleaned as there is glass.

Elevator hasn’t broken recently so that’s been great! Thank you for all the events, I love the options.

It’s been six months since we moved into Citizen, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. My partner and I are immigrants, and he works in healthcare, so finding a place that is convenient, comfortable, and stress-free was very important to us. This was actually the only apartment we viewed, and we’re so glad we didn’t waste time looking elsewhere because it turned out to be the perfect choice.

The amenities are excellent and well-maintained, and everything we need—shops, services, and... essentials—is just nearby, which makes daily life so much easier. We are enjoying living here at The Citizens. The staff Jess and Brittney are amazing anytime we need something done. All we have to do is email or go into the leasing office and they take care of it immediately. Also, we have met some amazing neighbors that looks out for one another. That was a plus for us also another plus is they love our babies in my ESA dogs are my babies.

Great place to live, friendly neighbors and awesome staff!! We love that they hold events every month and make it so festive around the building. It really feels like home.
