I’ve had a great experience living at The Citizen Apartments in Memphis. The property is well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean. The staff has been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.
The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. I also appreciate the amenities and the sense of community here. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, which makes living here much more... comfortable.
Overall, The Citizen has been a pleasant place to call home. Like any apartment community, there are occasional minor issues, but the management does a good job addressing concerns. I would recommend The Citizen Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Memphis.

I will come with an update shortly. The move in process went well and the staff I met were friendly my apartment is cute and clean. One complaint is that the trash in the hallway smells really bad and I wish I could just use the trash chute on my floor.

At this time, our trash chutes are inoperable, which is why we offer 7-day valet trash service to make waste disposal as convenient as possible. Valet trash is picked up every evening around 7:00 PM for your convenience. We'll also continue working to keep our shared spaces as clean and fresh as possible. I have loved the last two months. I was sold on the washer, dryer and the kitchen space. The amenities are always in good condition and the secure package pickup is my favorite.
