Very clean grounds and upkeep within buildings, the staff is always happy to help. By far the best apartment living I have experienced. All the amenities you could want all in one place. The only thing missing is a hot tub lol.

From the front office staff to the maintenance staff, all of them have been nothing but amazing. We have not encountered any rude neighbors or obnoxious behavior. Nothing but great things so far.

We have loved living at the Vintage Franklin. Maintenence is fast and responsive. The apartment team is super friendly. We have never had a single issue.

I love the location, the staff, the amenities and the overall experience living here. I really enjoy the residential appreciation activities and events. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff members are amazing!!

The staff is worth 5 stars, but after that for a higher priced "luxury" apartment most of the other aspects are below expectations. Pool area stays nasty. My niece has a skin condition that started right after swimming at the pool while visiting. The cabanas are gross, the grill area is gross, and the grills are constantly out of gas. Trash is overflowing often. We have had several neighbors in the 2 years, so they see it too. Now Ram has taken over it wont get any better as we've had apartments... managed by them in the past.
