I have enjoyed living at Mainstead so far. The amenities are very nice and the location is great! However, the condition of the hallways have never been addressed. They are never cleaned and are far from being in “luxury” condition.

My experience living here has been great. I really love the location—it’s very convenient and close to everything I need. The community amenities and common areas are excellent and well maintained, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy with my apartment and the living experience.

We've been living here for a little over 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. The front office is very nice, accommodating, and responds very quickly to requests. If I ever need maintenance, they are there.
