I love Mainstead. Every community has minor issues but this has been one of the best communities I’ve lived in. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds, pool and club house are well maintained. I honestly have no major complaints.

I really enjoy living here. It is a great community. I just wish that they would fix the gate to the parking lot. The gym is probably one of my favorite amenities.

Very nice property! It’s really home feeling and quiet for the most part. Every detail in the apartment was well thought out! I love it! And there is also plenty of cabinet space!

It’s not a light in the bedroom. It’s a rip off to pay for one when rent is expensive. Walls are thin and the upstairs neighbors build and/or construct 24/7. Nothing is ever done. Ever. My dish washer machine and sink declogger never works. I always have to flip the switch to turn them on. Parking is horrible and no one ever picks up after their dog. I will not renew my lease next year.

It has been noisy lately, but other than that is has been wonderful living here. The gym and the pool are nice amenities to have that are kept up nicely.
