I have loved living here. The staff and maintenance teams are top tier and the grounds are kept clean. No noise issues or parking problems. Suffice it to say; this is a great place to live.

I love living at Mainstead. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful! The maintenance guys are really great. Issues are taken care of the same day or the next day without any fuss. Amenities are good. The gym is really nice and so is the pool area. I have no real complaints!

I have truly loved every minute living at Mainstead Century Farms! It truly feels like a luxury living experience from the gated community, the pool area, to the resident events. Besides a few problems regarding lack of communication and maintenance issues, I have had nothing but a great experience!

Nothing has changed since my previous complaints. My upstairs neighbor continues to drop trash that lands on my patio, and the surrounding areas are consistently littered with garbage. There are spiderwebs, bugs, and the hallways remain unkept and dirty. Despite paying a premium for what is supposed to be a luxurious apartment, the common areas are not properly maintained. I have voiced my concerns multiple times, yet the situation has not improved beyond the one-time initial cleaning. Overall,... the environment is unclean and unpleasant, and I am not satisfied with the current level of upkeep.

It is new and can be a great place but there is a lot of improvements it can make. Customer service could be better and trash service needs some work.
