I would not advise anyone to apply there. You charged pest control and they didn’t spray entire apartment. New management was trying to get ride of residents, evicting some residents. Rooms have desks not big enough.

It’s 2025 rent is high everywhere you might think this is affordable don’t move here no upgrades on appliances maintenance suck even getting in contact with the office people sucks but as soon as you decide not to pay your rent you guessed it they make it their business to get in contact with you. The people in the office i guess are bumping coochies as to why they are never answering a phone during business hours. Don’t move here save your time and money spend it elsewhere

If I could give no stars I would. Ive been searching for an affordable place close to campus. This one stood out because it's not co-living but I was disappointed to find it's a family community. AKA anyone can live there. I decided to take a tour and the two bedroom they showed me was beautiful. Just like the photos. I decided to do an application and submit all paperwork. Immediate red flag was the request for money orders. Like it's 2024. But I went a long with it. Finally my move in date... arrives and I'm super excited! I get to the office to receive little to no attention. My keys or lease wasn't ready. One of the maintenance let me in while they got it together and boy. The apartment was NOTHING like what they showed me during the tour. Literally wall to wall carpet that was stained. They explained it was cleaned and certain stains can't come out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and there was dust everywhere. The vents, the walls, the ceilings. The shower was missing a shower head I had no screens or locks on my windows. Not to mention the best part was the location. At the very back where there are more cats then people. I am fairly allergic to cats and they were sitting on peoples cars and the breezeway smelled like cats. It's just absolutely disgusting. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They false advertise. The apartments do not look like the picture. They have full carpet and are full of roaches and flies. The maintenance doesn't fix anything and they have a new girl in the office EVERY week! Several people do not have working A/C or showers. You will call for months about a repair with no response. But the second rent is due they will put bright red notices on your door and continually send you text messages. The security cameras don't work and they have no... security on site. I was here when it was pinegate apts. I had to leave bc the old management gave my info out to the previous tenant which he ended up contacting me a couple of times, (I am a woman w a newborn), they came in w no notice & ROACHES! They didn’t want to fix & I called them abt while pregnant and first month of my bby being there. Moved out quickly because the roach problem was not resolved still! then they switched companies and I explained to new management im terminating lease due to all these... crazy things and explained how unsafe it felt, they ghosted me, hit me up for rent which I still paid after I gave notice, then stopped and now I have a collection.
