Convenient location beautiful property quiet place to live!

I have been here for over 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is close to downtown and lots of shopping and dining nearby. My neighbors are super friendly and we have cookouts together in the summer. Overall, I would recommend this property.

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get in contact with this company. I’ve called, emailed, and left voicemails multiple times and have only received one minimal response via email that didn’t address my needs. I’ve gone by the office during “business hours” and NO ONE has been there for two weeks, you’d think with minimal availability for business hours that they would be in office.

Maintenance revealed black mold under crawl spaces in each building, and said the owners were to cheap to address it ,like everything else that needed to be repaired and never gets done around here. The crawl space doors are always open and you can see the water ,mold and rodent's living under the buildings .No wonder we are all sick and have mushrooms growing in our floors. This place needs to be shut down !

This is a nice quite apartment complex. The management here is really great, she goes up and beyond her duties to help make sure that the residences are taking care of, and has got what they need. If you are looking for an apartment you may want to check this place out.
