It is a beautiful place, the neighbors are very friendly. The community has lot of things to do around, and the location is the best. The staff is really friendly.

I like living here. Helpful staff, beautiful places for walks, comfortable gym, good location (shops within walking distance). I removed one star because there is no playground for children.

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review. Hurricane Helene wiped out our playground with a tree and it is uncertain as of now how that space may be used in the future. I know it is an inconvenience, but hopefully we will have... exciting changes to announce soon. Thanks again for taking some time to share about your experience at to Avana Thornblade. Be well!

So far very happy here. Lovely community with a wonderful area for walking alone or with pers ot children. Have never seen anything like it attached to a community in which I lived. Office staff extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

Our maintenance staff has always been a good one since I moved in here two and a half years ago - Very kind, very considerate and accommodating, always.
